היזהר - אל תסתמך על מה שאומרים לך בטלפון. סמוך במקום זאת על מספר הביקורות והדירוגים. עשיתי את הטעות שהתעלמתי מהם.השירות זול - ולמרבה הצער, כך גם האיכות. לא היה מעקב לאחר הטיפול, ואף אחד לא היה זמין לעזור לטפל בבעיות שעלו לאחר מכן. זה הרגיש כאילו הם מעוניינים רק לקחת את הכסף שלי, לא לספק טיפול אמיתי או תמיכה.

***Warnung: Möglicher Betrug***Ich kontaktierte diese Klinik wegen einer Zahnbehandlung und übermittelte ihr im Vorfeld alle notwendigen Informationen, einschließlich Fotos und Röntgenaufnahmen. Bei meiner Ankunft war ich jedoch schockiert, als ich eine Rechnung erhielt, die fast doppelt so hoch war wie der ursprünglich vereinbarte Preis. Sie hatten dem Behandlungsplan ohne vorherige Ankündigung oder Erklärung zahlreiche Wurzelbehandlungen hinzugefügt. Wenn diese Eingriffe wirklich notwendig waren, warum wurde ich dann nicht früher informiert?Nach eingehender Recherche stellte ich fest, dass die Klinik recht neu ist. Die meisten Bewertungen, die ich fand, waren entweder negativ, wirkten gefälscht oder wirkten zu lokal. Als ich meine Bedenken vorab telefonisch äußerte, versicherte man mir, dass diese negativen Bewertungen nicht echt seien – doch als ich die Situation persönlich sah, sah ich ein anderes Bild. Schon der Name der Klinik war irreführend – sie heißt nicht „Joker“, wie beworben.Bitte seien Sie vorsichtig und wiederholen Sie nicht meinen Fehler. Ich hatte diese Klinik aufgrund meines begrenzten Budgets gewählt, aber sie haben das ausgenutzt und mich in die Irre geführt.

Throughout my treatment at Isdentbul, I was taken good care of and was well informed by my patient coordinator, the dentists and the staff. Very high quality of dental work with good materials. I had E-max veneers placed on both my upper and lower jaw and 1 zirconium crown with E-max to my upper jaw. The price that has been quoted was about ⅓ of the price it would cost me back home.
